Construction Project Manager
Manage established processes and supervise tenant improvements with landlords, contractors, and vendors for original build-outs, remodels, alterations, expansions, or relocations of offices nationwide ranging from initial draft of floor plan, unit first day of office operations.
Major objective involved supervising the plan, the price, and the program clarify the questions, control the costs, keep the calendar.
Additional duties included coordination of support services: on-site utilities, office network connectivity, telecommunications, city and state licensing.
