I am interested in full time employment with a company who will allow me to continue learning the construction trade.
I am a young, strong, honest, hardworking individual that takes a lot of pride in my work. I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I am a very quick learner and am able to stay busy with little direction. I have several bags full of hand tools, many different power saws and other power tools. I have reliable transportation and valid insurance. My primary interest is in plumbing, electrical, and finish carpentry, but am always willing to learn and try new things.

Learned how to cut, clean, and solder copper, as well as PVC, and a good overall idea of how residential plumbing systems work. Oceans West was a general contractor who purchased Apartment Complexes and converted them into Condos. During my time with Oceans West, we converted 4 complexes totaling over 150 units. While there my attendance was near perfect, and my performance was noticed with rapid pay raises. I was also Superintendent for the last three months of a project.
Duties: Install Plumbing Trim, Electrical Trim, Doors, Door Locks, Base Molding, Window/Door Trim, Cabinet Trim and hardware, Appliances, Shelves, Shower Doors, Blinds.
Find and/or Fix all framing, Mold issues, Drywall.
Tear out and fire rate, and insulate each unit.
Worked with inspectors to ensure all codes were met
