This is a $ 4 million dollar per year contract with Florida DOT. Responsible for the day-to-day operations for all aspects of road maintenance, signs, concrete, paving, lighting, guard rail, mowing, herbicide applications, litter and emergency response. Maintain over 500 center line miles of roadway operations. Responsible for assigning crews, doing daily reports and receiving calls directly from FDOT. Assigning sub-contractors work orders to be completed and maintaining FDOT standards. Attend weekly FDOT meetings, completing assigned work documents received from FDOT, maintaining working relationship with FDOT and sub-contractors.
2001 to 2005 ROY JORGENSEN ASSOCIATES, INC., Westford, Massachusetts Project Superintendent, for the Route 3 North Transportation Expansion Project, which is a design, build and maintain $ 482 million dollar operation. Responsible for daily management of maintenance for the entire project, which has 42 center line miles of roadway. I have 42 bridge structures, 26 interchanges with traffic signals. I work for the General Contractor and the owners, Massachusetts Highway Department. He answer emergency response calls and responsible for day-to-day operations as well as daily, monthly and quarterly reports. The criteria consist of lawn mowing, litter and debris control, inspections of guardrail damage, traffic signal malfunctions, storm water control and sign damage. Inform sub-contractors of work to be repaired and carried out. Work with five local towns for emergency response as well with the Mass. State Police and maintain relationships.

Responsible for company wide supplies and equipment, with jobs consisting of $ 70 million dollars. 1992 1998 MALDEN MILLS IND. INC., Lawrence, MA Department supervisor for the finish inspection of the flock division. Transferred to the Distribution Division lead supervisor for the receiving and shipping department- responsible for 3 supervisors and 70 employees. Maintain inventory control and shipping paperwork. I increased production while cutting man-hours. Pulled inventory for next day shipping, about 12,000 to 18,000 pieces daily.

1972 1986 METHUEN HOUSING AUTHORITY, Methuen, MA Maintenance Mechanic for the repair and up keep of building and grounds, plumbing, heating, landscaping, snow removal. Promoted to Maintenance Superintendent after two years. Maintain over 600 units of housing in various areas throughout the town. Preparing budgets, supervise 4 mechanics and two laborers. I was responsible for hiring sub-contractors for various works and preparing reports for Massachusetts Housing Department.
