Over 20-years experience in construction, real estate development, and consulting.
Manage entitlement, design, construction, sales/leasing and marketing of commercial and residential projects.
Provide consulting for developers and capital markets performing feasibility assessments, development planning and building, site and project acquisition, entitlement process, design and construction management.
Review change orders and schedules claims and provide dispute resolution advice.
Evaluate distress construction projects and implement corrective actions.
Projects include mixed use, high-rise buildings, multifamily residential, hotels, resorts, shopping malls, cinemas, golf club resorts and parking structures.
Manage transportation projects as tunnels, underground stations, bridges and electric substations; and healthcare work including new hospitals, hospital expansions, and laboratories.


PROJECT EXPERIENCE

$130-MM - Multifamily Residential Manage acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, sales and marketing for 204 units podium project of condos/townhomes.

$142-MM - Retail Regional Mall - Managed entitlement, design, and construction of 550-ksf renovation and tenant improvements coordination of 120 tenants; project included also a four level parking garage for 785 cars and a 20 screen cinema complex on top of garage structure.

$376-MM - Mixed Use Development - Managed design and construction of 2.4-msf project consisting of: 42-story hotel/condominium tower for a 4-star, 303-room hotel and 138 high end residential units; 27-story office tower (500-ksf); 5-levels of underground parking for 2,140 vehicles (approximately 870-ksf); and a retail podium consisting of retail shops (265-ksf), restaurants (35-ksf), athletic club (66-ksf), and a 12-screen stadium-style megaplex theatre.

CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

$80-MM - Golf Club Resort Acquisition Project acquisition and repositioning study for private investor.
$60-MM - Condo/Commercial Project Financing Due diligence assessment for investment banker providing mezzanine and construction loans.
$3.5-MM - Office Building Claim Review change orders and schedule delays claims for owner and provided dispute resolution with general contractor.
$60-MM - Land Acquisition for Mid Rise Residential Building Perform feasibility studies including density studies, building massing concepts, construction methods, pro-forma budgets, and sales absorption pace.
