I have a unique mixture of experience and talent that enables me to successfully manage design, construction, and closeout aspects of projects to ensure that budget, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are met. My responsibilities have included- among others - preparation of proposals, value engineering, the procurement process, contract negotiation and execution, quality control, client interface, and promoting career development of associate project managers, interns, and student co-ops. I am committed to working with integrity and dedication toward the interests of my project team and my employer. I have been active in organizations dedicated to service to my community and to my profession. ADDITIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS:

I managed the initial development of an Enhanced Use Lease property that included construction of private commercial buildings on property under a long-term lease from the Federal government of land located within a secure military facility.

I developed and managed a quality program for the construction of a semiconductor facility that was then used as a model for similar programs on other projects.

I helped develop and implement a procurement process for a state medical research facility that was then presented by our state client as a model for other contractors to follow.

I implemented a program for that same medical research facility to include minority and women-owned businesses in the purchasing process for the construction project.

I served on the Certification Committee of the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Business Development Council, which was responsible for reviewing companies' applications for M/WBE certification, interviewing applicants, and making recommendations regarding certification to the Council's Board of Directors.
