I managed the initial development of an Enhanced Use Lease property that included construction of private commercial buildings on property under a long-term lease from the Federal government of land located within a secure military facility.
I developed and managed a quality program for the construction of a semiconductor facility that was then used as a model for similar programs on other projects.
I helped develop and implement a procurement process for a state medical research facility that was then presented by our state client as a model for other contractors to follow.
I implemented a program for that same medical research facility to include minority and women-owned businesses in the purchasing process for the construction project.
I served on the Certification Committee of the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Business Development Council, which was responsible for reviewing companies' applications for M/WBE certification, interviewing applicants, and making recommendations regarding certification to the Council's Board of Directors.
