2007. Project manager for land development,
coordinating with civil engineers, architects,
design groups, county engineers, and owners.
Managed $62M budget.

Richmond American Homes. 1999 to 2006.

in management development program. Director of
Stormwater Management. Ensured all
construction sites were in compliance with
local, state and federal EPA guidelines. Land

financial reporting, operational reporting,
invoicing, approval, and implementation of
