Distribution Operations Manager/Engineer, Bio-Lab, Inc., Conyers, GA Operations Management, Capital Asset Management, Distribution Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, and capital projects for multiple distribution sites. In addition, in the process of the design, renovation, and construction of Distribution Network including a potential 100-acre automated mega-distribution complex. Operational responsibility for day to day operations of four (4) 3PL distribution centers totaling over 200,000 square feet. Each center has an operational budget of approximately $250,000 and averages ten (10) personnel. Project Engineering responsibilities include Distribution Network redesign, facility design, and facility, operational, and safety improvement. This includes process flow and layout redesign incorporating next-in-class process improvement, material handling, equipment, and storage.
