I have been a project manager for 20 years in the construction and civil engineering field. I have worked directly with many of the general contractors, excavating contractors, and survey, engineering, and architectural firms in the Indiana area over the past 20 years. Projects have ranged in cost from $10k to multi million dollar projects. I have been involved with commercial, government (federal and state), and residential projects. These have included single family home developments (100-1200 lots), apartment complexes, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, hospitals, and education institutions. My involvement has included management of contractors performing mass earth work operations, infrastructure installation (sewer, water, and dry utilities), vertical construction, and paving operations, as well as management of resources and equipment on site. My primary duties have included estimating, engineering and architectural plan review, municipal approvals and zoning, route and boundary surveys, various permitting, site assessment and feasibility, and budget creation and monitoring. I am well versed in reading and understanding all types of engineering and architectural blue prints/plans.

My strengths as a project manager include estimating, scheduling, client relations, and contractor and team member development. I am a very reliable, organized, schedule driven, and detail oriented person. My strong interpersonal skills and integrity has been a tremendous asset in performing my duties. I am fluent in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project. I also have experience working with MS PowerPoint, Access and Primavera.
