Vice President Multi-Family Development, 2006 - 2008 Managed the design and processed architectural and engineering submittals of five recreation facilities for Lewis master planned communities. Analyzed multiple recreational facilities to evaluate and compare amenities. Detail oriented management of the site design for an innovative single family attached and detached product on a 1,700 unit for sale project. Created financial proformas, managed the design and entitlement submittals of an age restricted 250 unit affordable project.
