American Alliance Inc. - Jenks, OK Position: President Consultant / Project Administrator Job Description: After finishing the Woodward Project: I reopened my consultant business to contract to various clients that could benefit from my experiences as their Project Consultant. My main client is Graber and Associates PC; Architects located in Tulsa Oklahoma. As their consultant I have been their Project Lead for large school districts such as Muskogee Public Schools, Jenks Public Schools, and Tulsa Public Schools; along with smaller School Districts. I have also contracted as Quality Assurance Administrator for various projects. Over the past two years, I have been the on site Architectural Lead for a 120,000 S.F. Data Center in Pryor, Oklahoma. Oklahoma City, OK Position: Project Inspector/Quality Administrator for the USDA Woodward, OK Job Description: In September of 2003, I was approached by Scott, Guernsey, Solutions to relocate to Woodward, Oklahoma for the USDA Southern Plans Research Station Modernization - Phase I project. I was the on-site representative for the government and as their Project Inspector/Quality Administrator I had many roles. This $7.5 million modernization project to the research department was contracted to a joint venture of CNII/Flintco, in which I worked with their quality control manager & project superintendent and administrative staff to ensure the projects overall quality. Not only did I oversee the Quality Control Plan, I was also responsible for supervising and maintaining the project budget while working directly with the government officials. One of my key roles was to make sure that everyone and the AEC process was communicating and that the partnering principles where being met for this project, and that the consulting architects, engineers, and construction companies were partnering and communicating accordingly, while documenting the day to day operations for the entire project.
