Reporting to the Director of Project Management and Operations, responsible for the initiation, planning, execution,
controlling and closing of the project life cycle.
Soul responsibility for key account contracts for General Motors Corporation and Daimler Chrysler, managing projects
in excess of $300 million US dollars.
One of the (3) principle Project Managers, with overall responsibility for the execution of a (4) year, $400 million turnkey
Automotive Facility delivered to General Motors Corporation of Canada, a 1.4 million square feet facility which was
delivered on time and exceeded budget estimates.
High Level liaison with Automotive Executives and Directors was part of this role, including logistic planning and
communication with our international offices in Germany, Poland and Mexico. Directly responsible for the planning
and coordinating of all activities for equipment manufacture, structural steel design and build contracts,
electrical/mechanical subcontractor installation, fire protection, civil works and building construction.
As the primary customer contact, responsible for all financial aspects of the contract, including all commercial
management, litigation, building liens, change and claim management related issues, development and monitoring
of project schedules, progress reporting and managing all client open issues.

of corporate business, coordinating all aspects of the project life cycle, establishing project milestones and schedules,
track/resolve open issues and project costs, direct the project team, manage client contracts for the supply and
installation for General Motors and Daimler Chrysler.
Responsible for the harmonization of global suppliers, including liaison with our international offices in Turin Italy.
Directed and monitored the progress of all construction activities overseeing the performance of all trade contractors.
Scheduled all required construction site activities into logical, specific steps, budgeting the time required to meet
established deadlines. Oversee the completion of all activities in accordance with the engineer or architects
drawings, specifications and prevailing building codes.
Major contracts managed, included a $40 million turnkey paint shop program for new Cadillac production, a $50
million turnkey automotive body shop program and $15 million automotive general assembly/trim final contracts for

Sweden was an essential part of a demanding role.
Managed and coordinated multiple projects of varying complexities in excess of 25 million British Pounds. A multi-
faceted role encompassing budget preparation, design review, procurement, cost control and reporting, resource
allocation and critical timing path analysis.
Project managed all activities for the manufacture, delivery and installation of various Robotic facilities, including
material handling, spray painting, palletizing, arc and spot welding robot applications to customer specifications for

Definition Plasma Cutting Robot Application. A multi-million dollar project delivered to General Motors Corporation.

concept to implementation.
