I have over 25 years of maintenance/ manufacturing experience and have installed high amperage three phase switchboards, along with all the standard building repairs. I In this position I am responsible for a 200,000 square foot multi-unit facility on 12 acre campus with 14 hot water boilers and 28 roof-top air conditioners. I can cut costs by doing some of the work by myself rather than contracting it out. I have had experience ordering parts and other needed supplies with various companies like Grainger, Direct Supply, and Home Depot Supply while working with a budget.
