Qualifications:

I have over 25 years of maintenance/ manufacturing experience and have installed high amperage three phase switchboards, along with all the standard building repairs. I also have experience with nurse call, fire alarm, telephone, network and TV systems. I am E.P.A. certified HVAC service technician. I have experience with roof top heating and air conditioning units along with industrial chillers and waste treatment systems. I have also managed housekeeping and laundry department personnel.

I In this position I am responsible for a 200,000 square foot multi-unit facility on 12 acre campus with 14 hot water boilers and 28 roof-top air conditioners. I can cut costs by doing some of the work by myself rather than contracting it out. I have had experience ordering parts and other needed supplies with various companies like Grainger, Direct Supply, and Home Depot Supply while working with a budget. We have passed our annual State Public Health inspections in the last five years with very few minor violations in environmental care, and in the fall of 2004 I was called upon to establish and implement policies and procedures for environmental care for the initial accreditation by JCAHO which we received in January 2005.

While there I built a mezzanine to house the maintenance department and was invited to China on two different occasions to buy equipment and oversee the order when finished.
I wrote policies and procedures for accreditation in the ISO 9000 which included computer based preventative maintenance programs.
