Name : Chris Warth
Industry Type : Real Estate Developers
City & State : Wilmington, DE
Job Title Senior Vice President
Relocation Preferences : Negotiable
Objective : Currently, I've just completed a major development management assignment for Comcast Corporation at their new HQ building in Center City Philly (53 of 56 leasable floors or 1,200,000 RSF). I was recruited by Binswanger Real Estate in March 2006 after my previous employer of 10 years, MBNA America Bank (Wilmington, DE), was acquired by Bank of America and my department manager position for worldwide corporate facilities development and construction was outsourced to JLL and Trammell Crow (now CBRE). As the Comcast Center project is ending with no other major Binswanger projects on the horizon, I'm interested in exploring my options both domestically and internationally.

Previous to MBNA, I served in senior management positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Quadrangle Development Corporation where I managed the development of office buildings, hotels, parking facilities and retail projects. Prior professional experience also includes project management responsibilities for large-scale construction management and general contracting projects including a hospital, airport, embassies, schools and office buildings.

I hold a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. I have also completed the coursework for a PhD in Construction Management at the University of Maryland. While working for Jones Lang LaSalle in Washington, DC, I was a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC.

With over 34 years of high-level executive, supervisory and project management experience in property development, construction management, real estate consulting and property management, I believe that I am uniquely qualified for a number of key reasons:

1.Highly organized, collaborative, team-building, win-win development and construction management executive with an unparalleled record of delivering world-class projects on schedule and under budget while maintaining excellent relations with all members of the project team.
2.Managed Fortune 100 corporate real estate development and construction department across multiple projects.
3.Project experience for geographic locations throughout the continental US, eastern Canada, UK and Ireland (see attached list of projects).
4.Track record of leading large project teams out of distressed situations when I did not start a project (e.g. Four Seasons Hotel).
5.In addition to Comcast Center, I've managed other very large, complicated and high profile hotel projects including the 51-story Four Seasons Hotel in mid-town Manhattan with JLL and the 1,410,000 SF Washington Center mixed-use development in downtown Washington DC including the 760,000 SF Grand Hyatt Hotel with Quadrangle Development.
6.Managed selection process and performance of project design and construction resources including:
World-class design firms including SOM, IMPei, RTKL, Corgan, Gensler, DMJM and Perkins+Will among others.
Industry-leading CMs including Clark, Whiting-Turner, LFDriscoll, Gilbane, Tishman and Dinwiddie among others.
7.Accomplished teacher and mentor to younger employees forming life-long friendships and professional relationships.
8.Advanced educational background including construction management, civil engineering and business.
9.Outstanding achievement recognition including the 2007 Binswanger MVP Employee of the Year Award, 1993 Jones Lang LaSalle Club Award as one of the top performers in the firm and Beta Gamma Sigma Business School Honorary Society for high achievement during my MBA program.
10.Top-tier planning, administrative and organizational skills including expert capability with email, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation (PowerPoint), scheduling, estimating and cost management computer tools.

Im amenable to business travel and/or a move either domestically or internationally for the right opportunity.

Thanks for your review of my credentials and I'll look forward to fruitful discussions.
