The General Contractor for MGM Mirage CityCenter, a $9.2B dollar site of 19 projects, Las Vegas, NV..
Responsible for the $527M Convention Center, a 900K sf building that included all the offices, shops and kitchens to support the staff of the completed CityCenter. In addition to the support services, there is also four ballrooms (three of which have stages), boardrooms, and meeting rooms for revenue generators. Total staff was 55 people.

Turnberry is the Owner/Developer of Town Square, a 1.3 M sf shopping mall at Sunset and Las Vegas Blvd. Marnell Corrao Associates were the General Contractor. Las Vegas, NV
Responsible for the five in-house Project Mangers overseeing the on and off-site sub contractors.

Vanguard is a General Contractor that was formed in 2006. The focus of construction was projects that had residential as a major element, in Las Vegas, NV.
Duties included being in charge of Wagon Wheel Apartments and the Construction Management contract for Paxton Walk.
