Coordinated architect-engineer teams, specialty consultants & GMP construction manager for design of new cancer center and renovations to in-patient facilities. Provided design presentations, written and oral communication with hospital administrators for all project planning, design and construction issues. Coordinated project activities with local planning and regulatory agencies.

Directed the planning, design & construction administration for a twelve building, one million sq.ft. medical campus. Responsible for planning and programming of new construction & renovation projects, budget and schedule control, management of consulting architects & engineers. Responsible for coordination of projects with user groups, vendors, in-house service providers and regulatory agencies. Office successfully completed over 100 renovation projects totaling $30 million including laboratories, in-patient facilities, medical offices and out patient treatment facilities.

Provided programming, space planning & design support for new $85 million inpatient facility and provided interior design, furniture & equipment for all areas of new building. Maintained computer-based space inventory system for space planning and programming studies.
