1/2008 Present Bud Meadows Properties LLC; Organized, funded and executed a re-hab based business focused on optimizing return by restoring distressed houses to become great family homes.

10/2005 11/2007 Fabian-Dinkins Construction; Field manager for church based projects. Created budgets, change orders and construction schedules while serving as on-site manager for trades/suppliers and primary liaison with appropriate boards or committee members. I assisted the custom homes division in standardizing schedules, managing work flow and reducing the cycle time of option selections, permitting and construction.

9/2003 9/2005 Pulte Homes; Relocated as Director of Service for Ocala Division. Recruited and trained a customer relations team that grew from nine people to 25 under my leadership with very low turn-over. We posted double digit improvements in long term customer survey results and improved home delivery scores by 40% in partnership with construction. Responsible for budgets, staffing projections, bonus programs and pay scale alignment.

Mizner Country Club in Delray Beach FL. I was responsible for creating budgets/contracting new models, maintaining the options manual and documenting all custom options. We greatly reduced the customer service backlog and saw improvements in customer satisfaction survey results. Assisted in the rollout of centralized scheduling via handheld devices.

I led the training team that documented processes, clarified best practices and trained new hires to ensure a consistent customer experience.
