I am currently living in the West Palm area and looking to move to a new company.
With Arvida I was in charge of all commercial projects, construction and land development including Weston Town Center. I am currently finishing the land development section of a 160 acre parcel with 200,000 s.f. of commercial/retail, 1265 lots and 54 parks and amenities.
I handled all the approvals thru the city commission. I managed the design of the engineers, architects and site professionals. Handle all operations including Development, construction, community Management, Accounting among others allowing the projects to run on a daily basis.
My responsibilities:
-Project Management and owners rep for specific clients including retail, banking, financial institutions, restaurants, residential site, amenities, time share buildings, parking garages, and office buildings. -Oversee projects from design through completion of construction including site work -See project approval thru all governmental agencies including commission meetings, staff approvals and all entitlement-Platt completion -Complete all regulatory requirements pertain to permit issuance such as DERM, Mitigation, DOT and County road work. -Develop scope and schedule for tenant and building improvements and relocation projects -Manage all financial aspects of each project through its conclusion -Coordinate activities of Consultants and contractors -Manage building improvements -Coordinate all design of SFH, TH and condos -Address clients special requests and move in concerns -Provide technical support; project budgeting, scheduling and cost reports -Interface with Architects, client staff, property managers and vendors -Maintain in-house and outside client investor relationship and conflict resolution.
I have build or been responsible for every type of project. I feel with my experience on all sides of the construction field and as a V.P./ Director I have a background that should be beneficial to your needs.
