TQM Development Corporation, Newburgh, IN: President. Responsible for business development, profit/loss and technical oversight in the areas of land development, commercial/industrial building development, building leasebacks and civil engineering design projects.

Mr. Tubbs has recently been the project manager for development and construction of the following Evansville area projects:
Triple Crown Center, Newburgh, Indiana, an 8,800-sft Class A office building, completed February 2002.
Vogel Square, Evansville, Indiana, a multi-use commercial complex composed of an existing one (1) story, 5,040-sft-office building and two (2) story, 6,400-sft Class A commercial building. Completed June 2004.
Management Recruiters of Newburgh, Newburgh, Indiana, a 5,000-sft Class A office building, completed October 2003 as a build to suit for a client.
Bell Crossing, Newburgh, Indiana, a multi-use commercial complex composed of a one (1) story, 11,700 sft strip commercial building and two (2)-story, 7,100 sft Class A professional office building. Completed January 2006.
Mystic Creek, Evansville, Indiana, a mixed-use commercial and residential condominium complex composed of 20 duplex residential condominium dwellings, and five (5) commercial building sites. Development commenced April 2005, with initial building construction scheduled for Winter 2007.
Old Risleys Building, Evansville, Indiana, rehabilitation of a vintage two (2) story 1903 Main Street style building into a first level 7,000 sft restaurant and three (3) second story 1,300 sft loft apartments. Completed December 2006.

Hawthorne Estates, Evansville, Indiana, a 102-lot, executive-style, single-family residential subdivision with two (2) lakes and numerous walkout basement opportunities. Home site availability Fall 2006.
Harbour Pointe, Newburgh, Indiana, a 4-unit, high-end riverfront condominium complex. Units have 3,800 sft of living space with an unfinished lower level, and a 2-car attached garage. Occupancy of the first unit was July 2005. Winner of 2005 Parade of Homes.

Additionally, Mr. Tubbs is providing development and engineering consulting services to clients interested in developing commercial, retail and residential projects.

The Corradino Group, Evansville, IN: Division Manager. Responsible for office and project control, business development and oversight of technical work in the areas of transportation engineering, civil engineering design, economic development, municipal systems and commercial/industrial building projects.

Mr. Tubbs was the project manager for the Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Foreign Trade Zone project. This project involved the planning and development of 76 acres of land to provide pad-ready sites for commercial/industrial companies. Additional responsibilities for the $ 3.5 million Phase A-1 and A-2 portions of the project include: oversight of design and construction of a 3400 lft access roadway, 41,580 sft warehouse, supporting truck dock and parking area and utility installation

Weddle Bros. Construction Co., Evansville, IN: Director, Business Development. Responsible for the overall marketing, formulation and performance of marketing budgets, company growth and profitability and planning and development relating to the company's mission statement and business plan.

Mr. Tubbs directed and coordinated the development of proposals for various Southwest Indiana projects ranging from $ 1 million to $ 20 million in size, including: McCutchan Village, a 31 acre commercial/retail development; Castle Junior High School and Boonville High School Expansions; Deaconess Hospital Lobby Expansion; and numerous build-to-suit and lease-back warehouses from 30,000 sft to 750,000 sft in size;

Zeigler Property Development Co., Evansville, IN: Commercial Developer. Responsible for project oversight, coordination, development, marketing and budgetary control for a 415 acre commercial/industrial development.

Before commencing with Zeigler Property Development Co., Mr. Tubbs was the principal consultant for concept development and zoning for the proposed project. After the project was successfully re-zoned, Mr. Tubbs directed and oversaw the final layout and design of the development. Later responsibilities included negotiations with the City of Evansville and Vanderburgh County, Indiana over the use of Tax Increment Financing Bonds for infrastructure installation; business development negotiation with Dana Corp., a Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana Tier 1 supplier; and oversight of construction activities in support of infrastructure installation.

RQAW, Inc., Indianapolis, IN: Project Development Coordinator. Responsible for directing and coordinating marketing and business development efforts in the commercial/industrial markets. By working closely with the lead principal industrial engineer, Mr. Tubbs was successful in securing design contracts with Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana on the Phases 1 and 2 site designs for the $ 750 million facility. Additionally, design and consulting contracts were secured with regional municipalities that were affected by the Toyota investment.

Earth Tech, Indianapolis, IN: Manager, Civil/Structural Engineering. Responsible for business development and technical oversight of civil and structural engineering design projects for industrial clients. Projects varied from small equipment retrofits to large-scale building process systems for major pharmaceutical companies in the Central Indiana region.

Reid, Quebe, Allison, Wilcox and Associates, Inc., Indianapolis, IN: Project Manager/Project Engineer. Initial design responsibilities included bridges, roadways, rail spurs and mainlines, site layouts, drainage structures and waste water treatment systems. Later responsibilities included management of the Indiana Department of Transportation Bridge Rehabilitation Design contract. This included approximately 30 bridges totaling $ 25 million in construction costs. Additional responsibilities included management of the Indiana Toll Road Biennial and Annual Reports which included the coordination of inspections of all capital assets and development of an assessment report to evaluate short and long-term planning issues addressing asset allocation.
