CONTRACT CORE AUDIT MANAGER
Hired to oversee $450 million in inventory of core automotive parts at 17 supplier locations. Write policies and procedures for inventory control reporting, provide financial inventory reports, reconcile inventory accounts and manage relations with suppliers.

Prepared for and passed internal GAO audit - first time in five years of operation of core management at Ford.
Brought department into compliance with ISO 9000 operating standards.
Created a charge-back policy for lost inventory at the various supplier locations.
Implemented an inventory-tracking program to track $400 million in core automotive parts.
