I check field measurements for the architects and designers. I attended meetings with architects, designers, engineers, suppliers and clients where I confirmed client changes. I acquired construction documents necessary for the Department of Buildings approval and for construction; documents drawn in scale to building code specifications, signed and sealed by registered architects and coordinated with licensed engineers. I was responsible for the verification of all insurance, licensing and bonding for all contractors and sub-contractors on the project. The most important component of construction is the implementation of final working drawings for actual construction.
