Modernized a 5 story, 350,000 square foot facility building for the State of California with special 24-hour shift schedule to meet a tight deadline due to the fact the office was completely occupied during construction. Remodeled (4) 3-story United States Air Force dormitories with approximately 240,000 square feet. Charged with demolishing entire buildings to shell condition and rebuilt entirely with all systems and materials. As a result, completed on time and scheduled all aspects of the contract valued at $12 million and achieved a profit of $750,000.

Constructed 11 new media centers within a 27 mile radius for 11 different schools in the Rio Linda Union School District with only 150 construction personnel for a profit of $650,000.

Constructed a 25,000 square foot commercial bank building with formed concrete walls, steel roof structure, masonry veneer, as well as all interior improvements. The contract was valued at $4.5 million and resulted in a profit of $200,000.

Built concurrently in 13 months, 2 public schools with a combined 110,000 square feet of capacity, including all carpentry and foundation work, lath/plaster, and thin brick exteriors. Value of 2 contract was $20 million and realized $1.3 million in profits.

Constructed on time 3 industrial projects for the United States Air Force that focused on asbestos abatement, as well as demolishing and rebuilding all mechanical systems, chillers, boilers/steam piping, electrical systems, steel structure frames and finishes. Competitive bid contract valued at $ 7.5 million and resulting in a profit of $700,000.

Provided all rough carpentry labor for a new high school, with 200 employees. Achieved project completion in 6 months, with a contract value of $2.5 million and $800,000 of net profits.
