COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Managed all project entitlements for two 300 plus unit subdivisions. Oversaw the budgeting and
construction management of $12M of master planned infrastructure. Fostered productive working

Residential homebuilder that constructed and sold 250 homes per year in the Inland Empire and
Northern Bay Area.

PROJECT MANAGER
