In the fall of 2004 my home had to be rebuilt due to Hurricane Ivan. This is what started my love for planning and building. I enjoyed it so much I purchased and rebuilt two other Hurricane damaged homes.
In the spring of 2005 I started Construction of a 3,500 sq. ft. two-story Custom Home In Mazurek Plantation Pensacola, FL. The Certificate Of Occupancy was received with out a hitch. I have cense completed two other Custom Homes in Mazurek Plantation Pensacola, FL. I am now just about to finish up my largest project yet, a 5,000 sq. ft. Custom home in Nature Trail Pensacola, FL. The appraisal should come in at well over $600,000. Please see slide show.
Due to the residential real estate market decline, I have no choice but take a job with a lager company or switch over to commercial construction.Will Relocate!
Duties:
- Oversee, manage and document all day-to-day job site activities.
- Direct field personnel according to the project plan and supervisory principles.
- Come up with cost-effective solutions.
- Formulating and implementing construction schedules in the field.
- Establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule based on the project contracts and subcontractor input, taking into account any elements that might impact the schedule.
- Maintain the schedule and ensure that work performed is consistent with the contract and will meet or exceed client expectations.
* During this time I have also had to deal with the following:
1.) Specs and Plans 2.) State of Florida Health Department 3.) Department of Environmental Protection 4.) Construction Perm Loans 5.) Planning and Zoning 6.) Permitting 7.) Scheduling Subcontractors 8.) Coordinating The Delivery Of Materials 9.) Ordering Inspections from the County 10.) Overseeing and Working hands on during each phase of Construction.
