I coach/train employees to maintain all aspects of a the central plant, as in chillers boilers, air handlers, pumps, motors, switch gear, electric rooms, and air compressors. I keep equipment maintained during off hours with no down time. I am responsible for project estimates and scope of work, ensuring scope of work was completed as planned and within budget. I reconcile the budget to review with Mall Management on a monthly basis. I use building automation systems to keep equipment off using Time of Day Schedules and Peak Demand Limiting to save energy, bearing wear and air filter life extension. At the present time we are changing the old antiquated chiller plant and installing new energy efficient equipment. I maintain relationships with all vendors, mall management and am the liason between the mall management and Win-Sam, Inc.
Southwest Mechanical/Lemont, IL Local 597, Journeyman May 2005 June 2006 I repair all HVAC equipment in the explosion proof environment for the Exxon/Mobil refinery. I have also repaired Co2 storage tank refrigeration systems for PH control of water cooling towers at the local nuclear facilities in Dresden and Braidwood, Illinois. Responsibilities include repair and service equipment for Morris Hospital, McDonalds, Subway, and local restaurants including ice machines, grills, coolers, and freezers. I have completed all testing assignments per the Local 597 Union requirements to obtain Journyman status Card # 1551703.
TRANE/American Standard, Inc./Phoenix, AZ BAS Service Technician/Refrigerant Compliance Manager for Phoenix, AZ TRANE facility August 2002 May 2005 I install, service and program building automation systems, including, software upgrades from OS2 through Tracer Summit version 16, Tracker, and all Trane equipment. I was responsible for all warranties, regulations, restrictions and codes regarding fire alarms, building emergency shut down and start up, back up generators, air compressors and chillers. I investigate customer concerns, implement action plans, service warranty claims and/or service of building HVAC equipment, including central plants, air handling units, fan coils, solar heaters VAV systems, and more.

Start up new control installations to control chillers and all building HVAC equipment, including central plants, fan coils, and air handling units.
