As Director of Commercial Mixed-Use Properties for Ocean Atlantic Associates: Managed all Properties/Team members associated with Mixed Use Real Estate Development, including an 82 acre 250 million dollar deal totaling more then 2 mil S.F. of mixed use mid-rise structures. Successful negotiations concluded with a 21,000 S.F. Corporate office user, 2/3 of the initial 114 residential units, Hilton Garden, Kohl's, with Bed Bath & Beyond, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Dick's, Home Goods, Bloom Markets and a host of local/regional/national retailers in final negotiations. Existing holdings were leveraged to more then double their prospective uses.
President of start up Company M. Vincent, Inc.: Provided highly technical support services to regional and national Real Estate Developers, Construction Management/Individuals of High Net Worth including Preconstruction, Entitlement, Construction, Operational and Marketing/Branding services totaling more then 261 million in product services in two physical years.
Structure the Turnaround of a privately funded real estate developer: As Vice President of Real Estate Development Cutting edge policies, procedures and brought strong foundational support were brought to a company in the midst of crisis management. Restructured the existing staff, disposed of undesirable holdings and used sound business practices to control the cost of operations and increase the profit margins.
