Saved Berger Realty Group $70,000 in land development costs. Re-negotiated and revised land development contract to include special remediation clauses and methods missed by engineer.

Oversaw construction of 4 month fast-track build. Normally this is an average accomplishment, but home was 6500sqft & $1.8 M. This home also won the NAHB 2002 award for Best home in the Midwest over 1 million dollars.

Delivered highest company revenues in 24 months for Berger Realty Group. Oversaw all bidding, scheduling, workforce, and sales. Re-assigned contracts and adjusted scheduling to maximize profits. Closed 50 homes in 24 months with profit in excess of $4.25M and development profit of $2.5M.

In 1996 closed 73 homes priced at $500,000 to $600,000. Probably my greatest accomplishment as a Construction Superintendent. With the aid of a full construction staff, project was completed on time, under budget and without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.

Director of Construction/Builder, Berger Realty Group, 2003-2007. Independently started up and manage 2 building companies in Evansville, IN and Georgetown, KY. Developed extension of platted parcel of 20 lots totaling $430,000 in development cost. Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction and business operations.

Project Manager, Berger Realty Group, 1999 to 2003. Managed duties and responsibilities of 4 project superintendents and customer service department. Oversaw development and construction of 5 subdivisions- home prices ranging from $150,000 to $2.5 million.
