seeking a COO/EVP succession hire for a midsize railroad and bridge contractor in the Ft Worth, Texas area.
The COO position offers an equity opportunity and succession to the presidency. It will oversee all construction and management operations for this multi-state, employee-owned contractor. The role requires strong leadership, administrative, operations management, and team-building skills.
Ideally, we seek a senior executive with transportation construction experience (bridge or railroad) with P&L and business oversight. However, we are willing to consider an up-and-coming operations executive ready to take his or her career to the next level. Local experience or networks are unnecessary, so we are open to relocating someone from anywhere in the USA.
