Midsized commercial building general contractor in the Boston, MA area has need for a president to oversee all P&L operations.
The firm is established and profitable, and has a solid reputation as a regional GC. Although there is excellent management and technical talent within the organization, they lack someone with the business and leadership skills to run the organization as president.
The owner is seeking someone to step into the role of running this construction enterprise and is willing to relocate someone from anywhere in the USA.
Projects are midsized buildings providing Construction Management and General Contracting on a variety of commercial, multifamily, retail, hospitality and school buildings.
We seek someone who has functioned as a President or Division Manager, but we are willing to consider an up-and-comer who is ready to take his or her career to the next level.
