A-Lert Roof Systems (ARS), headquartered in New Braunfels, Texas, specializes in the installation of both onsite and factory manufactured standing seam metal roofs, selling primarily to customers in the educational, institutional, military and governmental sectors. ARS has been recognized as one of the largest metal roofing companies in the United States by Metal Construction News magazine (based on tonnage of steel purchased). ARS provides the unique concept of supplying and installing standing seam metal roofs with a single source responsibility, making it one of the very few turnkey retrofit roofing companies in the United States. ARS has done business in over 14 states, and currently has over eleven million square feet of roofing in place covering numerous schools, churches, fraternal organizations, National Guard armories and privately owned businesses. ARS currently has over 80 employees, with regional operations based in Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, Georgia and Indiana.

TFC has grown from a small regional canopy manufacturer to become the fourth largest in the country, having sold and/or erected canopies in nearly all 50 states. While TFC sells primarily through distributors, each canopy is custom designed for a specific site. TFC’s products are recognized as appealing to the ‘high end’ of the market for quality, price and value-added service. While TFC’s primary customer base includes petroleum service stations and airport rental car centers, the addition of new equipment for the fabrication of modern aluminum composite materials (ACM) now allows TFC to be a premier provider of many types of fascia and image solutions for retail store settings. TFC currently employs approximately 80 people.
