PDG Environmental, Inc. is a holding company which, through its wholly owned operating subsidiaries, provides environmental and specialty contracting services, including asbestos and lead abatement, insulation, microbial remediation, emergency response, loss mitigation and reconstruction, demolition and related services throughout the United States. The Company has three operating subsidiaries: Project Development Group, Inc, PDG, Inc. and Enviro-Tech Abatement Services Co. Its operating subsidiaries provide services on a project contract basis. The majority of contracts undertaken are on a fixed price basis. The length of the contracts is typically less than one year; however, larger projects may require two or more years to complete. During the year ended January 31, 2006 (fiscal 2006), PDG Environmental, Inc. acquired the operations of Flagship Services Group, Inc. (Flagship), which provided reconstruction services to commercial and residential clients throughout the United States.
