(Shaw) to propose a safe, aggressive and cost-effective approach for the Paducah Remediation project while eliminating or mitigating all major project risks. Our approach delivers: * The best team, with the best people, to tackle all elements of the scope * Technical innovations to provide high confidence, low cost solutions tailored specifically to Paducah ER * A proven approach to project management that delivers continuity, while achieving cost, schedule, and risk reduction goals The PRS team is composed of companies whose expertise is specifically geared to this type of project - managing and dispositioning waste; performing environmental remediation; and conducting risk-based project management. The combined work history of PRS and EnergySolutions provides DOE the nation's largest pool of experience in handling, treating, packaging, and transporting contaminated waste. Our specialty subcontractor, NFS is an owner/operator of an NRC-licensed Category I Nuclear Facility with operating requirements similar to Paducah. RSI brings current experience with the management systems at Paducah (and recently at Portsmouth) regarding project and baseline management. Our collective experience validates our ability to succeed in implementing all elements of the SOW.
