DZSP 21 began full performance of the Navys Base Operations Support contract on
Guam on October 1, 2005. DZSP 21 is a joint venture formed by Day and Zimmerman
Services Inc., SKE Support Services Inc. and Parsons Infrastructure and Technology
Group Inc. Between the time that the contract was signed in December 2004 and its
implementation, the base operations divisions of Day and Zimmerman and Lockheed
Martin merged to form Defense Support Services LLP (DS2), which owns 51 percent
of DZSP 21.
