ESSENTIAL GOALS
> Provide the Council with expertise and competent and reliable advice to allow
the Council to make informed decisions to exercise their reserved powers for their institutional ministries.

> Keep the Council informed and make recommendations to the Council regarding
> the direction of institutional ministries
> significant industry trends
> specific Felician institutional ministries

> Assure the Council that institutional ministries are managed in accordance with
> Mission Integration Policyconsistent with Catholic Social Teaching
> Sound and ethical business practices
> Quality standards appropriate to the industry

> Safeguard the institutional ministries assets and assure their ministries present and future financial viability.

> Facilitate the creation, protection and use of knowledge and information across the system.

> Link Felician ministries organizationally (management systems, reporting structures, affiliations, etc.) to attain efficiencies and improvements.

> Support and serve the Our Lady of Hope Provincial Council as requested.
