Advisory Services
* Kepler used innovative analysis to develop a method of aligning requirements and functionality during transition of numerous Air Force Bases' support infrastructures.
* The Kepler team analyzed changes to Federal and DoD acquisition policies and led the activities required to fully implement these changes within the Air Force.
* Kepler was responsible for not only supporting the implementation of Air Force acquisition policy; but, for also developing implementation plans and policy training courses for field acquisition organizations.
* Over a three year period, Kepler provided direct, on site acquisition management support for over 60 major services acquisitions - each valued at over $100M.
* The Kepler team provides acquisition policy advisory services in support of the Component Acquisition Executive of DISA.
Program Management Support Services
* Kepler is developing and executing acquisition strategies and providing program management support to several DISA programs: Global Information Grid (GIG) and transformational communications initiatives and Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES).
* The Kepler team is instrumental in developing sustainable, standardized Performance Based Acquisitions processes throughout the Office of Naval Intelligence's (ONI's) IT directorate.
* Kepler is supporting the Air Force Manpower and Personnel (A1) - Personnel Services Delivery Transformation (PSDT) program by assisting in:
o Selection of a strategic partner
o Identifying and managing risks (technical and schedule)
o Developing and managing the PSDT integrated master schedule
o Defining, modeling and documenting personnel and manpower data elements
Contracts Management Services
Kepler supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Contracting Directorate's 237 person blended workforce in the National Capital Region and five geographic locations across the United States.
o Contracting workforce training and intern management
