Our experience and expertise are unparalleled in the residential market.PBH has developed more than one hundred single family homes, subdivisions up to 21 homes and several multi family structures. Our specialty is in the custom luxury market where we have deep experience working with exotic materials and top of the line trades to deliver highly crafted, exquisite products. Many of the homes we've built have ranged from 10,000 sq/ft - 20,000 sq/ft encompassing materials from multiple continents, indoor pools, faux finishing, state of the art electronics, safe rooms, wine cellars, fitness centers and more.Building with an environmentally consciences approach has always been a part of our vision. To support and promote this concept, we are members of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Furthermore, we have LEED Accredited Professionals on staff to assist in green building concepts and LEED certification efforts. Specific certifications include: LEED for New Construction (NC) and LEED for Commercial Interiors (CI).
