In 1997, SCI purchased a full service hotel management company and one year later expanded SCI's services into residential property management. As the final step to achieve a fully integrated real estate company, in 2003 SCI hired an experienced architect to provide design build services.Today, SCI is managed by a strong leadership team and governed by its Shareholders and Board of Directors.
