In several other commercial properties, we installed motion sensors in the stairwells, trash and laundry rooms as a means to conserve energy. We have conducted NStar and NGrid energy audits and identified opportunities for conservation in boiler rooms with variable frequency pumps and garages with changes to the electrical fixtures.
