THI have to date completed over twenty Leisure Parks, Urban Entertainment Centres and Retail Parks throughout the UK, Germany, Greece and Spain.Internationally we are currently involved in negotiations to secure development land in the Republic of Serbia and hope to start on site within the next year on a number of projects not yet ready to be disclosed to the market. This is in addition to the earlier foundations we have laid in Montenegro, under the sister company Eyes Abroad which specialises in the development of high end, five star luxury apartments in the area. We anticipate developing THI Serbia in the coming years ahead of the scheduled integration of the country into the EU and look forward to announcing upcoming projects in due course.
