The Company specializes in the acquisition of unimproved land and the development and management of quality commercial/industrial projects in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico. We also invest in existing improved space that complements our current holdings in the markets we occupy. EJM's portfolio currently consists of over eleven million square feet of existing space with another 1.7 million square feet of space under development.
