Acquisitions The Acquisitions department maintains an extensive screening and evaluation process of potential targets. It is not uncommon for this department to review as many as 100 properties before a single one is selected as an acquisition candidate. This pipeline of "prospects" is kept full by maintaining an active acquisition department that continuously interacts with brokers and property owners. Hundreds of properties are reviewed and analyzed each year and commercial brokers are updated regularly through a series on informational mailings and faxes. Leasing Hartman Management maintains its own in-house leasing team. Our staff has developed a proprietary leasing strategy, which has delivered consistent and powerful results over the years.
