They transitioned to modular and manufactured homes in 1994 after having done conventional construction for more than 2 decades. Now Fecteau homes deals in mobile homes, modular homes, and used homes, from their offices in central Vermont. During the winter months they still do on-site construction with their condominium projects in Barre City Vermont and Berlin Vermont.
