The business was started on the principles of honesty, reliability, and an excellent product at a fair price. This simple concept has kept us successful and focused. We are a class A contractor, which means we hold the highest contracting license the state of Virginia currently issues. We have also been recognized and endorsed by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, as well as having been named a PELLA Certified Contractor.
In addition, we carry a general liability umbrella policy which covers anyone not directly affiliated with Capital Area Construction LLC from liability subsequent to injury. Every employee and subcontractor of Capital Area Construction LLC is covered both by ours, & by his/her own workmans compensation coverage.
