History
In 1996, John Tebbs began managing commercial real estate developments and the construction of several commercial projects throughout northern Utah. Projects were diverse in type and size such as retirement centers, office buildings, retail centers and R.V. Parks. As this management service expanded, internal developments began to be pursued and over time increased to a level requiring staff to run them. This initiated the creation of a development firm which is named Bonneville Development Group. Internal and external developments continued to increase in size and complexity and construction demands followed. With the design-build method of construction as the preferred method of building, it became desirable to form a uniquely structured design-build firm that could construct the developments. This firm was formed with the emphasis in satisfying the needs of real estate developers and owner-users desiring creative thinking for efficiencies and function while producing excellent quality within restrictive time frames. The firm was formed in 1998 and named Bonneville Builders L.C.
Current Activities
Today Bonneville Builders is a strong and experienced design-build construction firm staffed with some of the best talent in the industry. Twenty five percent of our work is produced for Bonneville Development Group while 75% is for other clients. We have a substantial resume of office, retail, light industrial, metal building, and wood framed projects. Projects are well staffed and managed.
Service Area
Bonneville is licensed in Utah & Nevada with reciprocal agreements in Wyoming, Idaho, and Colorado. We are based in Salt Lake City & have a satellite office in St. George to service southern Utah and southern Nevada.
