All support material utilizes #2 lumber with exterior walls, interior walls at 16" spacing. 2"x6" exterior walls with double OSB sheathing are standard in a Superior Home. This feature provides over 30% more lumber in the walls and a much quieter home over ordinary homes with 2"x4" walls.
