ProCorp Builders carry Home Owners Warranty Insurance, which is insurance that building contractors are required to carry by law to protect new homeowners against major defects in the work, and/or bankruptcy by the builder. At ProCorp Builders, we have an extensive range of house designs available to suit a variety of budgets and lifestyles. We also allow you to make changes to our designs to suit your individual requirements. The flexibility in our current design range gives you more choice than ever before. The range is so diverse that finding the right ProCorp Builders home has never been more easy or affordable. ProCorp Builders are there to provide friendly and helpful service throughout each stage of the building process. You will be designated a Client Manager who supports our Site Supervisors. They are available to assist you with as much help as required with your selections, as well as keeping you informed on the progress of your individual project. ProCorp Builders also employ full time maintenance staff who are there to provide outstanding after sales service. At ProCorp Builders, every project is unique. We use only the finest products from quality suppliers ensuring that our inclusions are of a high standard. Our standard building packages offer people a home, complete with lawns & landscaping, driveways, fences, a letterbox, carpet, tiles, door stops, light fittings, blinds and fly screens , all included in your fixed Tender price. We also provide clients with the added flexibility of tailoring their inclusions to suit their individual requirements. ProCorp Builders are one of the very few builders in the market that conduct a site survey, enabling us to fix your site costs prior to construction (excluding rock excavation). All of our projects come with a three month maintenance period and a seven year structural guarantee. Our customers know exactly how much their home will cost to build before they begin - there are no hidden extras.
