The company has since grown to a $25 million a year business serving the commercial, residential and home care industries with approximately 50 employees. For more than twenty years, MIKEN Builders, Inc. has provided the tri-state business community with General Contracting, Construction Management and Design Build services. The company began with one office in Wilmington, Delaware in 1988 and expanded to a second office in Ocean View, Delaware in 1994. We now provide construction services throughout the state of Delaware, Eastern Shore Maryland, South Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. MIKEN Builders prides itself on building long-term relationships with our clients. MIKEN Builders strives to develop and maintain these quality relationships. Several of our relationships that began at the inception of our company are still maintained to this day.
