Kogan Builders is a Design/Build firm, meaning that we work with our clients long before the home is under construction. We work with clients during the land selection/acquisition stage to address unusual site conditions and infrastructure budgeting. This service is provided free of charge and with no obligation. We also provide an extensive architectural design package that covers building site analysis, floor plans, hand rendered elevations, sectional work, and reference materials. Finally, we provide services through the building process including turnkey construction, design consultation for interior and exterior finishes, and construction management. Being involved in the process from start to finish allows Kogan Builders to offer many benefits to you, the client.
