In 1982, we branched out into the acoustical ceiling market with our first project being a medical clinic in Ivanhoe, MN.In 1994 we purchased a small 600 square foot office building and an adjacent 3600 square foot warehouse. The next year, 1995 we started our EIFS division with the Sunrise Manor Dinging Hall in Sioux City, IA as our first project. We also hired Wayne Nielsen, to start a retail sales division as we moved out of the residential market he is currently VP of Retail Sales. Brenda Jensen Kryger came on board to expand our estimation department she is currently VP Construction Services.In 1996 our growth continued and we added a 1080 square foot addition onto our office. We also added the sprayed fireproofing and poured gypsum flooring divisions in that year. We bought six lots behind our office in 1998 and constructed a 10000 square foot warehouse and the following year we built our present offices. Finally in 2002 we built a 5600 square foot addition onto the warehouse which linked our original warehouse with our new one and giving us over 19000 square foot of enclosed warehouse space.JARCO Builders Ltd. is dedicated to achieving total customer satisfaction.
