Residential projects have included Sedgefield at Cherry Grove, Lake Homes at Bellepark, the Rookery at Litchfild by the Sea, Westfield in Myrtle Beach, Ocean Green Cottages and the construction of single family homes in the Long Bay Community in Longs, SC. Currently, RSP has residential activites in both North and South Carolina and extensive commercial construction happening all over the Triad area of North Carolina.
