Since 1988, under the leadership of president, Gary Grossman and CEO Dave Daniels, the company has grown from its humble beginnings to become a leader in new home construction, building over 1,500 homes on the beautiful Central Coast. In 2004, the company expanded to Southern California's Inland Empire as well as Bakersfield, and now there are divisions throughout California, devoted to the same fine craftsmanship for which the company is known.
